Sledges of Southampton, established in 2014, first began house removals in Southampton using a single short-wheel base Ford Transit van primarily focused on local deliveries.

As time passed, our company flourished, allowing us to diversify our services across various sectors including domestic, commercial, and charitable.

Currently, we operate with two Luton-type vans: a blue Iveco Daily removal van, and a white Citroen Relay equipped with a tail lift. With our expanding fleet and experience, we are fully prepared to tackle a wide range of tasks, providing efficient and reliable solutions to meet your needs. We offer House Removals locally, Nationally and in Europe.  And have recently gained new business, from several regular business customers. For smaller removal jobs, we also provide man with van services across all of Southampton.

Based in the heart of Southampton we offer house removals in Southampton and throughout Hampshire. We can also provide National and European removal services.

In addition to office and house removals we can also assist with smaller storage requirements should you be looking for a short-term solution.

We specialise in difficult and oversized items such as Pianos, Motor bikes, Catering Equipment etc. Our team are always polite and professional whether it’s a garden clearance or a large house removal.  We always pride ourselves on positive feedback and a job well done.

About Sledges new business

Recently Sledges has gained several regular business customers who use us to cover their busy spells.  Most recently we have been working with the local charity DEBRA carrying out their collections and deliveries.
